Well maintained hotel: lobby, dining room (though could clean the windows), the pool area and the living area. Rooms are OK, but not more than that. We were in a Junior Suite, which we chose because it was with air conditioning (the regular rooms are without air conditioning). There is a lot of free parking if you want to rent a car. You can rent a car at the hotel, but it's more expensive than in the city center. The food was fine. In overall, the hotel matches the definition of a 3 star hotel, you get what you pay for, no more. Hotel location far from the town center, about 20 minutes by foot, but there is shuttle service several times to one particular beach. We did not use the shuttle, because the hours did not suit us, and we preferred to do the walking. The only thing that really impressed us and we didn't expect it, that when we reached the hotel from the airport almost at midnight, after a check in we have been sent to the hotel restaurant, where we could have cold dinner that was prepared for us and for other people who came to the hotel late and missed dinner that day. It certainly was very impressive!

We orderded the junior suite also because in the booking site was noted that only in that room there is an option to double bed. We got a bed with two single mattresses put together, which was very upsetting to sleep like that 5 nights. When we complained about that in the reception, we were told that there are no double beds in the hotel at all. If we knew in advance about that, all chances are that we would not ordered this hotel. Beside the bed thing, we had also some amount of technical problems in our suite, that definitely made ​​us feel upset from the begining of our stay there. First of all, the air conditioner was hanging over the entrance door, and although it cooled fine, there was some problem with the shades, so that when the air-conditioner worked, all the air was directed to the front door and not to the interior of the room. Second, after we entered the room after check-in and we wanted to take a shower, we had no hot water at all and we had to shower with cold water. And also there was a problem with the shower head and the water flow. The next morning we went to the reception to announce the above problems. Later when we returned to our room in the evening, we asked at the reception if the problems have been fixed, and the answer was yes. We saw the problem in the shower is indeed fixed, but the air conditioning issue remained. Note that in the room we didn't find the TV remote and when we asked about it at the reception, we were told that we should pay a deposit to get the remote. This is not such a problem, but still pretty annoying. Additional restaurant to the dinning room in the hotel, a pizzeria, definitely was a big disappointment! One day we decided to eat dinner there and beyond that we waited a long time till they took an order from us, when we got the food it was certainly not in the standards of supposedly Italian restaurant.
